At Urban Pangolin, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery to all our customers across the United States. This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered through our platform.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
2.Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
- Washington D.C.
- Select U.S. territories (if supported by our carriers)
We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Processing delays may occur during high-volume seasons (Black Friday, holiday periods).
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use trusted U.S. carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- DHL (where applicable)
Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days
Note: These delivery timeframes start after your order has been processed and dispatched.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight
- Selected shipping option
Free shipping may be offered as part of seasonal promotions.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email
- It will include a tracking number and a link to track your shipment
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
7. Delivery Issues
7.1 Wrong Address Provided
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Contact us immediately at helpdesk@urbanpangolin.com
- If the order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address
- Any reshipping costs will be your responsibility
7.2 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Urban Pangolin is not responsible for:
- Packages lost after delivery confirmation
- Packages stolen from the delivery location
- Delays caused by carriers
- Damage caused during transit
If your package never arrives or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at helpdesk@urbanpangolin.com
- Provide your order number and tracking details
- We will assist by filing a claim with the carrier
8. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If an item is marked as Pre-order or Back-order:
- Shipping may be delayed
- Estimated timelines will be displayed on the product page
- Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together unless otherwise requested
9. International Customs & Import
Urban Pangolin does not currently ship outside the United States.
If this changes, customs duties and import fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.
